Forced homeowners insurance policy

Postby FinancialReliefSolutions on Thu Jun 25, 2009 2:13 am

If your mortgage company has placed a forced homeowners insurance policy on your home, RUN, don’t walk, to get your own policy! Their policy covers fire only and only the house is covered! The forced policy can also be 3 to 4 times more money. The premium that was paid to have the forced insurance can be pro-rated off of your bill when you get your own policy.
